Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. seeks an Identity Governance Engineer to support a federal program implementing identity governance and Zero Trust capabilities.

The role will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, assist with deployment, configuration, and operations of IAM solutions for federal users and systems, and require U.S. citizenship and CBP background investigation prior to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years programming with Java.
• 3+ years of operations and maintenance, identity deployments, and SDLC experience.
• 1 to 3 years hands-on with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts: identity lifecycle, provisioning, and access governance.
• Strong verbal and written communication for cross-functional teams and clear documentation.
• Experience with scripting languages: BeanShell, PowerShell, Groovy, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Support the full software development lifecycle for identity governance and Zero Trust solution deployments.
• Assist with deploying, configuring, and maintaining identity governance for federal users and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the IAM ecosystem to support availability and secure access.
• Support integration between IAM tools and federal applications, services, and infrastructure.
• Identify risks within identity governance workflows and support secure configuration practices.
• Assist with configuration and operational activities across IAM solutions.
• Provide technical support for identity governance and access management capabilities.
• Collaborate with government personnel, engineering teams, and other technical stakeholders to support delivery and operations.
