Job summary

A healthcare solutions provider in Los Angeles is seeking an Identity & Access Management Administrator to lead the strategy, planning, and implementation for their IAM solutions. The role requires at least 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle's suite of products, including strong expertise in identity management and authorization solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure secure applications and maintain critical environments.

Qualifications

• 8 years of hands-on experience in IAM solutions using Oracle suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategy, planning, evaluation, architecture, and implementation of the entire Identity/Access Management (IAM) stack.
• Provide overall direction and oversight for IAM functions across the organization, including Federation, Privileged Access Management, Authentication & Authorization, Security, and Provisioning Identity Data.
• Design, document, and administer the IAM infrastructure, and develop appropriate audit controls and procedures to ensure application integrity.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, security & compliance personnel, application developers, and other administrators to create functional, scalable, and secure applications from design through implementation for business clients.
• Identify, evaluate, and participate in decision‑making around new and emerging technologies.
• Support other business functions as needed and maintain DEV, QA, PROD, and Disaster Recovery environments for middleware.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive hands‑on experience in design, architecture, and administration of Identity and Access Management solutions using Oracle suite.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Identity & Access Management, WebLogic administration, installation and configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery methods in multiple computing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, J2EE, SOA, Web Services, LDAP, XML, and SAML.
• Experience in administration of user and role provisioning, connectors, workflow, certificate management, session management, and encryption technologies.
• Knowledge of Federation, SAML, OpenID, OAuth, and other industry‑standard authentication/authorization solutions.
