Job summary

System One in Vienna, VA is seeking an Analytics ID & Access Management contractor to resolve incidents, fulfill access requests, and manage releases within identity governance. You will handle vulnerability remediation tasks and support ongoing IAM services to enhance security and user experience.

A 5–10 year background in Identity Management and Governance and experience with Saviynt or similar tools are required. The hybrid onsite/remote work model offers flexibility, with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience supporting Identity Management and Governance services.
• Proficiency with Saviynt or similar identity access management tools.
• Strong understanding of security vulnerability remediation and change management processes.
• Experience handling incident resolution, service requests, and release management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with rotational on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incident tickets related to identity management and access.
• Fulfill Service Catalog requests to manage user access and permissions.
• Complete release and change tickets to ensure system updates are properly implemented.
• Handle security vulnerability remediation tasks involving Saviynt configuration changes.
• Reduce security risks, enhance compliance, and improve user experience through proper access management.
• Support Identity Management and Governance services with 5-10 years of specialized experience.
