Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced IAM professional to own Entra ID and Microsoft 365 configurations, shaping access governance and security posture. You will design conditional access, manage authentication methods, and oversee app registrations and provisioning across Google and Azure identity ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Microsoft Entra ID in production.
• Experience with enterprise apps, app registrations, consent models, and automated provisioning.
• Microsoft 365 administration: tenant settings, licensing, admin roles, access troubleshooting.
• Google Workspace and Cloud Identity administration: OUs, groups, admin roles, SSO profiles.
• Google Cloud IAM: projects, roles, policies, service accounts, API access.
• Strong PowerShell with the Graph PowerShell SDK and direct REST API work.
• Azure Automation Runbooks, Logic Apps, Power Automate.
• Least privilege, secure admin practices and change management.
• Proficient English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Own Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 configurations.
• Design and rollout Conditional Access policies.
• Manage authentication methods and phishing-resistant factors.
• Oversee app registrations, SAML/OIDC and OAuth credentials.
• Handle joiner-mover-leaver provisioning and licensing.
• Diagnose sign-in and provisioning issues using logs and KQL.
