Job summary

Community Options, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Associate Executive Director of IDD Services to oversee a high-quality program and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This role drives day-to-day operations, guides staff, and challenges the team to meet programmatic goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with supervisory experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with experience in administrative and supervisory roles.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess operational issues and develop solutions for a high-quality program.
• Lead and train team to support programmatic initiatives and daily needs.
• Manage team performance through communication, training, and meetings.
• Develop current and future programs including residential and supported employment.
• Audit finances and ensure timely, accurate documentation and billable records.
