Job summary

Access: Supports For Living in Pine Bush, NY seeks a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in six group homes under OPWDD guidelines. The role includes following MD orders and flexibility in scheduling, with a Saturday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM shift.

Qualifications

• Current NY RN license is required.
• Associates degree in nursing is required.
• Experience with electronic health records preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in 6 group homes in accordance with MD orders.
• Follow health maintenance, nutrition, ADLs, and illness treatment protocols.
• Document nursing interventions and health information in records.
• Participate in staff training and treatment teams; assist with supervision as needed.
• Maintain infection control standards and inventory for medicines.
