Job summary

Supportive Concepts For Families in Allentown is looking for a Full-Time Residential Specialist to provide direct support to individuals in the Emmaus and Macungie areas. You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and supporting the physical and mental health of the individuals served.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Some previous experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must pass a Criminal Record History Clearance & FBI check, Physical & Drug Screening.
• Ability to attend and complete training successfully.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care and support.
• Manage meal preparation and medication administration.
• Ensure safety and well-being of the individuals served.
