Lifesteps Inc. in Kittanning, PA seeks a Disability Services Program Specialist to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities through development of skills and coordinated supports.

This full-time role combines hands-on work with administrative duties to ensure health, safety and well-being under approved plans. The position requires a bachelor's degree with relevant experience or 60 credit hours plus four years in related work, strong communication, and a valid driver's license;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 2 years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism (special education, human services, psychology and related fields preferred).
• 60 credit hours plus 4 years’ experience with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical, dental, psychiatric and psychological services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Develop and implement plans for IPs, restrictive procedure plans and other care plans.
• Provide hands-on support and perform administrative duties as part of a team.
