Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Employment Specialist/Job Coach to provide one-on-one coaching to individuals with IDD in community work settings in Pittsburgh, PA. This part-time role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to help clients explore career interests and maintain long-term workplace success.

Responsibilities include coaching, documenting progress, and educating employers about inclusive employment.

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with IDD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Daytime availability.
• ACRE/CESP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals to obtain meaningful employment.
• Help clients develop job skills and monitor progress.
• Educate employers on the benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable workplace accommodations.
• Coordinate opportunities within approximately 30 minutes of the client"s home.
