Qualifications

• One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Day-time availability.
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one support and coaching to individuals.
• Assisting individuals in exploring career interests and securing employment.
• Monitoring progress and enhancing job skills through documentation.
• Educating employers on hiring individuals with disabilities.

Skills

Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities
