ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a Community-Based/Day Program Therapist for a full-time role in Ohio. You will perform diagnostic assessments, see clients on schedule, update treatment plans, and write concise progress notes while coordinating with case management and psychiatric staff.

The position requires a social work degree (BSW with 1 year therapy or MSW/Professional Counseling) and an active license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience.
• Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• License: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT, LIMFT, LIMFT-S.
• Experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.
• Experience in a home setting is preferred.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Providing patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.
