Job summary

New Gateways, Inc. in Waterford, MI is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support adults with IDD with daily living tasks and meaningful companionship. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, being active throughout shifts, and maintaining a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

The position offers flexible daytime hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, starting at $17.13 per hour with benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), and Paid Time Off.

Qualifications

• Assist with personal care needs and support daily living activities.
• Promote independence and community participation.
• Provide meaningful companionship and daily engagement.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities
