Job summary

Lilly is seeking a MES System Engineer for the Indianapolis Device Assembly & Packaging (IDAP) site. You will implement, configure, and support the MES platform, ensuring it meets operational, quality, and compliance needs while translating site requirements into actionable MES configurations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT to deploy MES solutions, perform IQ/OQ/PQ testing, and support go-live activities with frontline teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, computer engineering or related field.
2+ years experience with MES system design, implementation, and validation.
3+ years of experience in regulated pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support the MES platform at IDAP.
Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to translate requirements into MES configurations.
Perform site testing and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure system readiness.
Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Collaborate with MES architects and platform teams to align on standards and best practices.
