This paid program provides hands-on experience on active construction sites, working with seasoned professionals on projects spanning Project Management, Engineering, BIM, Estimating & Preconstruction, and Procurement & Supply Chain. You will gain ownership of meaningful tasks, mentorship from industry leaders, and exposure to electrical construction systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with graduation December 2027 or later in a field aligned with Rosendin's work.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support project management on active projects and assist engineering/BIM teams.
• Contribute to estimating, preconstruction, procurement, and supply chain activities.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure project progress.
