Micron Technology in Boise is seeking an EUV Photolithography Engineer to lead development, optimization, and sustainment of EUV processes and scanner performance for advanced DRAM nodes. You will drive process stability, yield improvements, and throughput in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
The role requires 4+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with strong skills in SPC, photolithography, and AI-enabled data analytics.
