Job summary

Flanigan’s is seeking ID Checkers to support bartenders and the entire team in ensuring compliance with Florida state laws. The role requires a warm, observant, and welcoming demeanor to maintain the restaurant’s friendly ambience.

Responsibilities include monitoring the restaurant and assisting management when needed, with emphasis on safety, security, and guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, read and write English.
• Stand and move at a strenuous pace for up to four hours at a time.
• Bend, stoop, squat, crawl and frequently lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to reach and grasp objects and operate equipment.
• Must have a valid Florida State D license.
