Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction quality, industrial quality, commissioning, semiconductor facilities, manufacturing, or large capital projects.
• 5+ years leading quality programs, teams, contractors, or inspection functions on complex capital projects.
• Experience with quality governance, special inspections, commissioning readiness, issue management, regulatory compliance, and turnover documentation.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems, document control systems, Smart Completions, Procore, or similar tools.

As the ID Quality Assurance Lead, you will be a key member of the US Expansion Strategic Programs team, reporting to the ID Sr. Commissioning Manager. In this highly visible role, you will lead quality governance across major capital projects, ensuring compliance, commissioning readiness, documentation integrity, and operational turnover excellence. You will serve as the primary owner-side quality leader, collaborating with contractors, vendors, inspection agencies, operations teams, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality governance, performance metrics, audit programs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across Idaho capital projects
• Oversee contractor and vendor quality execution, including quality plans, inspections, testing, material verification, hold points, and compliance with project requirements
• Manage special inspection programs, testing agency coordination, regulatory interfaces, and turnover-ready quality documentation
• Align construction quality activities with commissioning readiness, startup milestones, and final operational handover requirements
• Drive issue resolution through NCR/COR oversight, root cause analysis, corrective actions, lessons learned, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quality Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in construction quality, industrial quality, commissioning, semiconductor facilities, manufacturing, or large capital project execution
• 5+ years of experience leading quality programs, teams, contractors, or inspection functions on complex capital projects
• Experience with quality governance, special inspections, commissioning readiness, issue management, regulatory compliance, and turnover documentation
• Working knowledge of quality management systems, document control systems, Smart Completions, Procore, or similar capital project tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, or complex industrial facility environments
• Professional certifications such as CQM, CMQ/OE, CQE, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CCQM, PE, CCP, or equivalent
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to analyze quality data, identify risks, improve documentation quality, automate routine workflows, and support data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing contractors, vendors, inspection agencies, and senior stakeholders
• Experience supporting commissioning, startup, operational readiness, and facility turnover processes in large-scale capital projects
