As the ICU RN on assignment, you will care for critically ill patients, titrate infusions, manage ventilated patients, and respond with the critical care team. Day 1 benefits and streamlined credentialing support are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICU nursing experience.
• Active California RN License.

Responsibilities

• Manage critically ill patients requiring continuous hemodynamic monitoring and frequent reassessment.
• Titrate vasoactive, sedation, and other high-alert drips as ordered and per facility protocol.
• Care for mechanically ventilated patients and manage critical care devices, including arterial and central lines.
• Respond to clinical deterioration and participate in codes and rapid responses.
