Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position in Dickinson, North Dakota. This 13-week assignment requires critical care experience and an ND or compact RN license, with 36 hours per week on a 7pm-7am schedule.

Expect general ICU duties, 1:2-3 nurse-to-patient ratio, telemetry reading, drips titration, and collaboration with ER staff. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the facility and hold BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (ND state or Compact) required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS.
• TNCC or TCAR trauma care experience.
• ICU drip titration experience required.
• Copy of driver's license required.
• Two professional references: last 12 months and last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients including monitoring and respiratory support.
• Titrate drips and troubleshoot respiratory equipment as needed.
