Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN requiring WA State or Compact RN licensure along with BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications.

The ICU RN will work in a hospital setting with a night shift schedule (1900–0730), 3x12s, 36 hours per week, without on-call duties, and may float as a sitter. The role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active WA State or Compact RN license required.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC.

Responsibilities

• Work in the ICU of a hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule, 1900-0730, 3x12s, 36 hrs/week.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Float as a sitter and may float in rotation.
• Provide high quality, compassionate patient care using the nursing process and unit-specific standards of practice.
• Develop and reassess individualized patient care plans.
