Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel RN for the ICU in San Marcos, California. You will provide specialized critical care to high-acuity patients, with night shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week.

This assignment runs for 13 weeks starting October 18, 2026, with a plan to conclude January 16, 2027. The ideal RN will have an acute care background, CA RN license, BLS and ACLS, and at least one year of recent ICU experience.

Qualifications

• One year recent (within 3 years) full-time RN experience in a healthcare setting.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state where care is provided (California).
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized critical care to ICU patients in a high-acuity environment.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain certifications while delivering safe, evidence-based care.
• Document care activities and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
