Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU for a travel assignment in North Carolina. Start date 10/25/2026, duration 13 weeks, 44 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts.

You will care for ICU patients with respiratory failure, stroke, sepsis, renal failure, and post-op surgical cases, with responsibilities including ventilator management, CVL care, intubation/extubation support, and tube feedings. Stroke experience and EKG competency are required.

Qualifications

• Stroke experience required in ICU/NICU settings.
• Ventilator management experience required.
• Ability to assist with intubation and extubation.
• CVL management or placement experience.
• Foley catheter management experience.
• Must pass EKG competency exam prior to arrival.
