Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Berkeley, CA. You will provide comprehensive critical care to acutely ill patients in the ICU, with shifts of 12 hours, days, and a total of 36 hours per week.

Start date is 10/12/2026 and the travel position offers competitive compensation and benefits. The role requires one year of ICU nursing, valid RN license in California, and current BLS/ACLS certifications; CCRN, TNCC, NIHSS are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience required.
• Active RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in status.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care standards.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
