Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week acute care assignment in Alaska. Requires AK RN license and ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.

Work in the Critical Care/ICU unit with a 36-hour week on a variable schedule and 12-hour shifts. MEDITECH charting is used; vaccinations are not required; scrub colors vary by unit and will be detailed upon placement. Travel details and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Active AK RN license required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Critical Care/ICU unit of an acute care hospital.
• 36 hours per week on a variable shift schedule.
• 12-hour shifts with all shift types considered.
• Uses MEDITECH charting system.
• COVID vaccination or declination forms are not required.
• Nicotine testing is not required.
• Scrub colors vary by unit and will be detailed upon placement.
• Travelers with prior employment at this health system must disclose it for review.
