Job summary

The ICU travel nurse assignment in Willits, CA is a 16-week clinical role with a 36-hour work week on a 12-hour night schedule. Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced RN with ICU expertise to deliver high-quality critical care in a hospital setting, prioritizing patient safety and outcomes.

Requirements include 1 year ICU experience, valid CA RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Preferred CCRN and additional certifications may be advantageous.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ICU RN experience is required.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations (CA).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care standards.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU environments.
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record.
