HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU in Overland Park, Kansas. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 48 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, days and nights. Start date 10/19/2026. Travel status and ICU specialty are emphasized, with requirement of BLS/ACLS and strong critical care experience.

Open heart recovery and neuro/trauma experience are a plus; equipment includes Alaris pumps and GE monitors, MediTech documentation, and a 25-bed unit with 1:2 patient ratios.

Qualifications

• Must have critical care experience and strong communication skills.
• Open heart recovery procedures and neuro/trauma experience a plus.
• BLS/ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU-level nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and families.
• Perform high-acuity procedures as needed on unit.
