Job summary
MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel assignment in Framingham, Massachusetts. The candidate will provide critical care to adult patients, monitor life support equipment, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Start date 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, nights shift. Must hold active RN license, nursing degree, and BLS/ACLS; 18 months ICU experience; travel incentives include housing options,
Qualifications
- Requires active RN license and nursing degree.
- BLS & ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum 18 months ICU experience in acute care.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care as well as education and support to the patient's family.
- Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
- Observe the patient's heart rate, blood pressure and respiration for signs of distress.
- Administer medication, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
- Meticulous documentation of medication administration.
- Assist in emergency nursing procedures necessary for prompt control of changes in patient's physical condition.
- Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation accurately and effectively.
