Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Sanford, NC. 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, starting 10/01/2026, and a focus on delivering high-acuity critical care to patients in the ICU.

You will hold a critical care role requiring one year of ICU experience, active RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS certifications, with CCRN/TNCC/NIHSS preferred. Comprehensive benefits and a supportive clinical team are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience required.
• Active RN license in the state where practicing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• CCRN, TNCC, NIHSS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per ICU protocols.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU settings.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately; communicate changes promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Maintain infection control and participate in quality improvement efforts.
