Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse, ICU in Plymouth, MA for an 8-week assignment starting 11/30/2026. The role is in a 14-bed ICU with 24-hour intensivist coverage, involving ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care oversight.

The position offers weekly pay of $2,482–$2,549, 72 hours guaranteed biweekly, and night shifts with rotating weekends/holidays. Locals accepted at $10 less than travel rate; assignment support provided by HealthForce Healthcare

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license required at submission
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience; strong critical care skills
• Ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and arrhythmia recognition/management
• Telemetry/ECG and medication pre-acceptance testing (pass/fail)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for adult and geriatric ICU patients, including assessment, planning, and documentation
• Manage ventilator support, vasoactive and sedation titration, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Recognize and treat cardiac dysrhythmias; oversee post-STEMI care and related hemodynamic needs
• Collaborate with physicians, intensivists, and the multidisciplinary team; participate in rounds and care planning
• Monitor for deterioration, respond to emergencies, and implement evidence-based interventions
• Ensure infection control, patient safety, and accurate medication administration; document care activities thoroughly
