Qualifications

  • RN license (Virginia or compact multistate) is required.
  • BSN preferred as a nursing degree.
  • BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
  • ACLS certification required within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Educates patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up steps.
  • Documents care in the patient record in a timely manner.
  • Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care quality.
