Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or higher; RN license in PA.
• BSN preferred; acute care experience highly valued.
• BLS, ACLS, and ICU/Stepdown certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Develop personalized care plans with patients and care partners.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Monitor outcomes and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
• Act as a preceptor and participate in safety and quality committees.

• Develops personalized nursing care plans with patients and care partners, aligning with their cultural beliefs and values.
• Integrates evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, patient preferences, and cultural considerations to deliver optimal healthcare.
• Partner with patients and families to identify learning needs, provide education, and support understanding of conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
