Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs and document responses with multidisciplinary team involvement.
• Develop and implement patient care plans including discharge planning.
• Guide and direct patient care activities and provide clinical leadership to staff.
