• Follows hospital policy on infection prevention and safe patient handling to provide care.
• Administers medications and provides nursing interventions under policy guidelines.
• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments to monitor status and improve safety.
• Documents care and quality monitoring items for clinical decision making.
• Communicates patient information to physicians and team members to improve outcomes and educate patients and families.
