Job summary

Aurora Sinai Medical Center in downtown Milwaukee is seeking an experienced or newly licensed RN to join our Weekend Program on DAY Shift in the Medical-Respiratory ICU.

This Magnet Designated unit cares for COPD, CHF, sepsis and obstetric patients, with strong clinical mentorship from experienced Critical Care RNs. Completion of an accredited nursing program, WI RN license, and BLS are required; new grads welcome. Weekend differential: $11/hr.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license valid in the state of practice (Wisconsin).
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Commitment to teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
• New grads with strong clinical experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
