Qualifications

• WA State / Compact RN Licensure required.
• Active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience.
• Must adhere to Washington Nurse Practice Act and unit standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care using nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Administer medications, perform nursing procedures, educate patients, and document care.
• Develop and reassess individualized care plans; collaborate with the healthcare team; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• May float as a sitter and participate in performance improvement activities.
