Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse – Recent Grad ICU for the Grand Blanc, MI area. This role welcomes new grads with a strong nursing foundation and BLS certification, and offers day, night, and mid shifts with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules.

Under supervision you will develop real-world experience, use the nursing process, and monitor critically ill patients. Collaboration with the health team is essential to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license required prior to start of employment.
• Less than one year of professional nursing experience.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Develop real-world experience delivering care to patients and collaborating with other health team members in a variety of scenarios.
• Utilize the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions, working closely under the supervision of experienced nursing staff, physicians and other healthcare providers.
