Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA. This position offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling, with 12-hour shifts available in a high-acuity ICU environment supporting critically ill patients.

Ideal candidates are dependable, clinically confident, and possess a current RN license, BLS certification, and at least two years of ICU experience.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills.
• Pass background screening and onboarding requirements.
• Ability to perform required duties in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
