Qualifications

• Current Virginia state or compact state RN license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 7 days of hire.
• ACLS and NIHSS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Performs timely documentation relating to medical necessity.
• Responsible for completion of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan.
