Wise Medical Staffing is actively seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA. This role offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and the chance to support critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills.
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements.
• Ability to perform required job duties in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
