Job summary

ALLIANCE STAFFING SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking ICU Registered Nurses for PRN opportunities in Littleton, Colorado. Candidates must have at least 2 years of acute ICU experience within the last 5 years and strong clinical skills in caring for critically ill patients.

You will provide direct nursing care, monitor patients, administer medications and IV therapies, document outcomes, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of acute ICU experience within the last 5 years.
• Current Colorado RN license (or multistate/compact).
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Strong critical-care assessment and clinical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and continuous patient monitoring.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies.
• Monitor and manage critical-care equipment as appropriate.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond appropriately during emergencies and critical situations.
• Maintain patient safety and follow facility protocols.
