Wise Medical Staffing is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN opportunity in Arlington, VA. The role offers a competitive pay rate and flexible scheduling in a professional acute care environment caring for critically ill patients.

Ideal candidates will have ICU experience, an active RN license, and current BLS certification, with the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a PRN basis. W2 employment status applies.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills.
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
