Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN role at St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur, IL. The nurse will apply nursing processes, provide compassionate care, and collaborate with physicians and the care team.

The position requires an RN license, BLS, and ICU experience; ACLS/PALS/NRP as needed by patient population. Education includes graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and eligible for licensure in state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• Critical care nursing experience preferred; RN license required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Supervise assigned team members and coordinate care for ICU patients.
