Job summary

Health Here in Sullivan, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU role in a 6-bed unit with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. This full-time position focuses on delivering direct patient care and coordinating with the healthcare team.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, educate families on illness management and post-treatment care, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. Onsite supervision is provided, including night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience preferred.
