Requires 1 year ICU experience, active Missouri or Compact State RN license, and strong critical care, assessment, and communication skills. Night shifts apply; benefits include sign-on bonus and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ICU experience.
• Current RN license (Missouri or Compact State).
• BLS within 30 days; ACLS and other unit-specific certifications are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a 19-bed Critical Care Unit.
• Utilize the nursing process to evaluate care effectiveness.
• Coordinate with departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Night shifts with lifting and standing for extended periods.
