Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee or a Compact State.
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
Provides direct patient care using the nursing process.
Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration.
Documents patient care given.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition.
Assists patients with daily living activities.
Collaborates across disciplines for patient care coordination.
Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family.
