Job summary

Lambstaffing is seeking an experienced RN for the ICU at a Matthews, NC facility. This 44-bed community hospital ICU handles complex cases with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio and 24/7 specialist support. Must have 2+ years ICU experience, current RN license, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS, and EPIC experience.

The role features 7pm-7am or 7am-7pm shifts, six weekend shifts every six weeks, 50% holiday coverage, and no on-call. Prior travel experience is preferred; CNA/HUC support is not provided in unit.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience in the specialty.
• BLS, ACLS required for clinical roles.
• NIHSS certification is required for this clinical role.
