Job summary

AllianceHealth Durant is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift in the ICU. The role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, administering medications, and collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes. A sign-on bonus up to $25K and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualified candidates hold RN licensure, BCLS, and preferably ACLS/PALS. Experience in critical care and comfort with life-support equipment are valued.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (state licensure or compact licensure).
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment (ventilators, monitors, IV pumps) as needed.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR and code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
