Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for an ICU Registered Nurse in Fredericksburg, VA. The assignment is 13 weeks with nights as the shift and 3, 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. Start date is 09/29/2026 and it requires an active VA or compact license, with Epic charting system used.

Pay ranges from $2,009 to $2,201 weekly, with benefits and relocation options per Aya Healthcare guidelines. Experience minimum is 2 years in RN roles, including ICU care, with required BLS/ACLS/NIHSS

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in ICU.

• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage sterile procedures.
