Job summary

Aurora Medical Center – Mount Pleasant is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-acuity care with compassion and teamwork. You’ll coordinate care, mentor less experienced staff, and uphold evidence-based practice in a busy 12-bed unit.

Ideal candidates bring solid ICU or step-down experience, US RN license, BLS, ACLS; NIHSS preferred within 6 months. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment that emphasizes safe care, professional governance, and patient-centered

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS and NIHSS recommended within 6 months of hire.
