Job summary

Dignity Health – Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield, CA is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment/reassessment, including shift report and nursing history.
• Ensure ICU Bundle is followed with every patient; complete daily multidisciplinary rounds.
• Complete documentation accurately in electronic and hand-written formats.
• Provide direct patient care and assist physicians with procedures as needed.
• Report changes in patient condition to the physician.
